Hi, I’m Krupa, a passionate educator, strategist, and coach with over 20 years of experience in mainstream and special education. My work revolves around solving education’s “wicked problems” through creative thinking, compassionate leadership, and actionable solutions.
I’ve been a Science teacher, SEND leader, Headteacher of a Special School, and Director of Enterprise, creating meaningful opportunities for NEET learners. As a consultant, I’m currently focusing on Preparation for Adulthood strategies, redesigning EHCP frameworks, and supporting families and schools to unlock opportunities for learners with SEND.
My practice continues to be underpinned by learning and embedding culturally inclusive approaches and relationships. Therefore, I exercise integrated thinking to work on understanding the root causes and not just managing “symptoms.”

I bring a wealth of experience, from frontline teaching to system leadership, backed by credentials like QTS, MA in Leadership, and NPQEL.
